Lindsay Heyland

Hi there! My name is Lindsay and I'm a third-year student completing a Bachelor of Science Honours in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience at Mount Saint Vincent University in gorgeous Halifax, NS. Outside of school, I juggle a busy life as an entrepreneur and massage therapist, research assistant and project coordinator, and mother to two pretty incredible little people. Working as a massage therapist, I've witnessed the negative impacts of siloed care on clients and practitioners across all levels of health care. My interests rely on collaborating with colleagues across a variety of fields to integrate findings and develop clinical applications and community-wide programming that considers the whole person.
