Important Meetings - Dates and Times
Below are the dates for divisional governance committee meetings in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine. These are organized by cycles. Each cycle represents a divisional governance path and outlines the sequential approval process.
Please note the departmental deadlines to submit final versions of minor modifications to the GLSE Graduate Curriculum Committee (GCC). These deadlines are being enforced to ensure forms are complete and material is available to GCC members at least 7 working days prior to the GLSE GCC meeting.
Departments wishing to make the Major Modifications (i.e., significant changes to a degree program) should consult the Graduate Affairs Officer as soon as possible. Typically, these require extensive consultation from several Provostial offices. After the first initial consultation with GLSE, a timeframe, with deliverables and deadlines are customized based on the scope of the Major Modification.
Please direct questions to Rachel Zulla, Graduate Affairs Officer (firstname.lastname@example.org).
