Scanning Electron Microscopy

The Prisma Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope by Thermo Scientific is a 30kV workhorse SEM with a 3 nm resolution. Common preparation equipment to look at cells and tissue are available including critical point drying and gold coating. The stage can fit up to 18 sample stubs at once. The chamber size allows for large samples to be examined. Software for correlative optical and electron microscopy also available.
