Health and Wellness Resources

Welcome to the GLSE page.

Below is a list of all the health and wellness resources available to you as a [registered] graduate student at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine and off campus resources that are available (for a fee)

You will be able to search for services/resources using (a) key words, (b) session type [workshop, one-on-one, or group session], and/or (c) location of service [on or off campus].

All on-campus resources are available to registered graduate students in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine.  If you are not a registered graduate student or on an approved leave of absence (LOA), please contact the service/organization directly for your eligibility.

On-campus refers to services/resources primarily available on the St. George Campus.  Off-campus refers to services/resources that are not on the UofT campus; please contact the service/organization directly. 

If you know of a on-campus service/resource that is not listed here, we would love to hear from you by email at glse.admin@utoronto.ca.  Please include the name of the resource and link. Questions about services/resources listed below should be directly sent to the corresponding organization.

U of T My Student Support Program

U of T My SSP provides students with real-time and/or appointment-based confidential, 24-hour support for any school, health, or general life concern at no cost to you. You can call or chat with a counsellor directly from your phone whenever, wherever you are.
