GPSN Fitness Crawl Series

Our first partnership will be with barre3 fitness studio located at Queen St. W. and Adelaide St. W.  Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. These workouts are designed to increase strength, reduce stress, improve balance, and build a mind-body connection.

GPSN will be covering the cost of attendance for students, so we ask that if you sign up for one of these classes, you commit to attending. We are only able to offer a limited number of spots, as we will also be partnering with other studios in the coming months, so if you don’t get a spot to attend a class at this month’s studio, please do not worry!

If you would like to attend one of three of barre3’s classes, please fill out this form. We will be offering 5 spots in each of the three classes listed on a first-come-first-serve basis; that is, the first 5 students to sign up for each of the 3 classes will be able to attend. For everyone else, we will add you to a waitlist and you will be given priority for future classes.

We will be contacting all of those who have a guaranteed spot; if we confirm that a spot has been reserved for you, but you do not attend (we will have to check people in upon arrival to the studio), we will have to ask the student to pay the fee for the class ($15).

We will also email those of you who indicated interest who will be added to the waitlist for future classes.

Please email Camilla (camilla.giovino@mail.utoronto.ca) or Joycelyn (joycelyn.ba@utoronto.ca)  if you have any questions.
