Research Project
PSL498Y1 Project in Physiology
This is a full-year credit course where students participate in a hands-on independent research project under the guidance of a Physiology faculty member. Undergraduate students must find a supervisor whose area of research connects with the student’s interest. Students will present their work and write up the results of their research in a final report towards the end of the academic session. Enrolment in this course is by permission of the Department and is restricted to students in the Physiology Specialist and Major Programs, although permission is granted to students in other programs upon approval by the Department. Students with an interest in graduate research are encouraged to apply.
Prerequisite: PSL303Y1/(PSL304H1, PSL305H1), PSL372H1, PSL374H1, permission of the Department

This award aims to foster advanced research experience for undergraduate students. Students are expected to engage in full-time research for at least 12 weeks during the summer. Additional information and application form can be found on the Department of Physiology website in mid-January.

GLSE Undergraduate Summer Research Project Studentship
This studentship is open to 3rd and 4th year students in Life Sciences with an interest in pursuing graduate training. (Please check Departmental website in January for details).

Division of Teaching Labs (DTL) Undergraduate Summer Research Awards
The Division of Teaching Labs awards is open to students who have completed PSL372H and/or PSL374H with a B+ grade.  Students are expected to engage in full-time research for at least 12 weeks during the summer.  Additional information and application form can be found on the Department of Physiology website.
